Rentals outside regular business hours are possible based on the availability of our staff. Please contact us and we will try our best to accomodate your request.
Yes, you can. Simply follow the after-hours return instructions mentioned on your rental contract or give us a call on 604-725-9242 and a representative will guide you through the after-hours return procedure. Please note that you are responsible for all and any damages to vehicles returned after office hours, until one of our representatives have visually inspected the vehicle during the following business day.
You can drive the car out of BC and across the border to the United States with written consent from our office; an additional fee may apply.
Your safety is most important! First call 911 if required; otherwise call our toll free number 1-888-414-1811 to make a claim. If another vehicle is involved, please exchange driver's licence and registration information and take photos of the scene.
We do not accommodate one-way rentals at this time.
